Injured in a car accident? Whether driving, riding, walking, or cycling, recovering from a car accident can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re also trying to navigate the system. At Windward, we have extensive experience supporting people of all ages and injury types as they work their way back to successful daily life.

Our team is experienced in supporting recovery from physical injuries, psychological injuries, and brain injuries. We focus on helping you build function, confidence, and a sense of normalcy, while you move through the healing process.

We provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and treatment, care coordination, hospital discharge planning, return-to-work or school support, and ergonomic assessment and treatment.

We are honoured to be supporting eligible Veterans and RCMP members recovering from physical, psychological, and/or brain injuries, who may also be transitioning to civilian life.

Our occupational therapists work collaboratively to understand the lived experience, existing strengths, and values, as well as what is getting in the way. Together, we develop practical strategies that reduce barriers and support meaningful participation in everyday life.

Workplace injuries often affect more than just the ability to work. They can impact daily life, confidence, and the sense of stability. Windward works alongside workers to support safe and durable recovery following physical, psychological, and/or brain injuries. We focus on practical strategies to help workers build confidence and move forward in their recovery in a way that makes sense and derives purpose.

We conduct comprehensive assessments, provide ongoing community treatment, offer hospital discharge planning, home modifications, job site visits, return to work planning, and much more.
